José D. Barreda is an NCCA Licensed Clinical Pastor Counselor, Advanced Certification and Profession Clinical member of the National Christian Counselors Association. 

He earned his Doctor of Philosophy in Clinical Pastoral Counseling from Colorado Theological Seminary. He began his Pastoral Counseling in 1977 using the Spirituotherapy Module with emphasis of the Ecahnged life. 

 José has had an exxtisive career in full-time ministtry since 1974.  In adddtion to his counseling services through LINK Counseling, he has served for 6 years with Above and Beyond Christian Counseling.  He also oversees Educator's Professional Network Inc; (EPN Inc.)  an outreach to the publice and private schools sectors. 

EPN Inc. Focuses on bringing Christian Educators, administrators, and support staff together to develop 'Caring Communites with Christ-Centered Values' by bringing them together to encourage each other to demonstrate the Christian Faith as relative, Rekevant,  and relational. He has helped establish  Chaplain programs in various High Schools and held chaplaincy postions in numerous professionall sports programs.  EPN Inc. works with faith-based clubs in the schools, such as Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA), Youth for Christ (YFC). Intervarsity, First Priority, and others.

José is fluent in English and Spanish, and this flexibility has allowed him to hold Senior Pastor postions and other Associate Pastoral positions in several churches, as well as has traveled to 10 different countries to help establish an EPN module over the years.

Individual, couples counseling, and working with young people are his primary passions in counseling..  

Jose has been married to Marla since 1973 and have four children and reside in Tampa, Florida.
